Just a nice choice for a budget stay in Bournemouth with outstanding value. Clean and tidy room, even had a sea view! Make sure to get the gate code for easier access to the promenade.

The view from the room during the airshow was breathtaking, and the outdoor pool provided a perfect relaxation spot. Staff were exceptionally courteous, promptly accommodating our request for a king bed, which made our stay even better. the breakfast could offer a broader selection for the price, and the lack of air conditioning was a drawback for a three-star establishment.

A pleasant overall infrastructure created a comfortable setting, and the Korean food was an enjoyable highlight. service in the restaurant fell short. my main course and dessert were mistakenly served to other guests, and a lack of vanilla ice cream meant I left without dessert. Despite raising my concerns, I received no follow-up from staff.

we had a lovely stay at chine. the outdoor pool was a real highlight, especially at 31 degrees! the location is super close to the seafront, making it easy to explore. breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were attentive and friendly, making the experience even better.
just a mild critique, the wine prices in the restaurant were a bit high.

The kids had a blast exploring the beautiful gardens, plenty of space for them to run around and even watch the surfers catching waves at the nearby beach. The staff were great, quickly swapping our room for a spacious one with a fantastic sea view.
My children wanted a better lift service. it was cramped for us.

Booked a Single Room and absolutely loved enjoying the warm indoor and outdoor pools. The food each evening was top-notch, beautifully presented and so tasty! Just a heads up, I didn't find a hairdryer in my room, but it didn’t really take away from my stay. 😊
